Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in Basic Science and Technology in line with the school curriculum
Develop engaging teaching materials and instructional aids to support student learning
Assess, record, and evaluate students' academic progress regularly
Prepare students for internal and external examinations
Maintain classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment
Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and practical application of scientific concepts
Conduct practical demonstrations and experiments where applicable
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessment reports
Collaborate with other teachers and school management to improve academic standards
Participate in school meetings, training, and extracurricular activities
