Job Description


Understand customers' needs and requirements and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
Represents the executives in Pre-Bid meetings/conferences.
Manage a response to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT), 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) or 'Request for Quote' (RFQ) issued by purchasing authorities.
Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure proper pre and post sales service.
Manages and coordinates information from technical specialists, customers, cost estimators and others involved in the bidding process.
Manage the sales order processing from customer order placement, to follow up on coordination with the invoicing process, logistics, payment receipt, and delivery to customer.
Source new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails and conduct research on prospective clients.
Act as the point of contact for the different clients and handle all communication and inquires, from order placement until final payment.
Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
