Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Binding Wire / Drawing Machine Operators to manage wire drawing processes and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating drawing machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities
Set up wire drawing machines by selecting and installing the appropriate dies
Apply proper lubrication to ensure smooth wire movement through the machine
Start and operate the wire drawing process efficiently
Continuously monitor machine parameters such as tension, alignment, and speed to prevent defects or breakage
Inspect finished wire using micrometers and gauges to ensure compliance with production specifications
Maintain consistent product quality and meet production targets
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults or operational issues
Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize waste
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with safety standards
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating wire drawing or similar industrial machines
Strong understanding of machine setup, dies selection, and lubrication processes
Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges
Good attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
