Job Summary
The Sales Promoter is responsible for increasing product visibility, engaging customers, and driving sales at designated market locations.
This role requires strong communication skills, proactive selling, and the ability to create a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products within assigned market locations
Engage customers actively, providing clear information on product features, benefits, and pricing
Drive sales by persuading customers and achieving daily and weekly targets
Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and highly visible
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display and sales area
Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages to the Field Sales Manager
Collect and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
Prepare and submit accurate daily or weekly sales reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market retailers
Adhere to company sales policies, brand guidelines, and promotional strategies
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND
Previous experience in sales, retail, or product promotion is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade customers and meet or exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability
