Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Biology Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality science education.
The ideal candidate will teach both theoretical and practical aspects of biology, inspire students' interest in life sciences, and support their academic success.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Biology in line with the approved curriculum
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans
Conduct laboratory practicals and experiments safely
Assess and evaluate students' academic performance
Prepare students for internal and external examinations
Maintain accurate student records and reports
Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Promote a safe and disciplined learning environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc / B.Ed) in: Biology, Biological Sciences, Biology Education or a related field
2 - 3 years teaching experience (preferred)
Strong subject knowledge in Biology
Ability to conduct and supervise laboratory practicals
Good classroom management and communication skills
Passion for teaching and student development

TRCN registration
Experience preparing students for WAEC/NECO examinations
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and lab safety standards.
