Bookkeeper
Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employees
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Handle tax filings and compliance
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
Qualifications:
Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
