About the Role
We are seeking proactive and adaptable individuals to join our team as BPO Officers. In this role, you will support different outsourced business operations, which may include customer communication, outbound engagement, data collection, reporting, and general operational support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are quick to learn, comfortable interacting with people, and able to adapt to different project requirements. As projects evolve, you may be assigned to different tasks while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers or respondents when required.
Support various client projects by carrying out assigned operational tasks.
Accurately capture and record information in designated systems.
Assist with data entry, documentation, and basic reporting for projects.
Meet daily productivity or performance targets depending on project assignments.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality standards in all tasks.
Escalate issues, feedback, or operational challenges to supervisors when necessary.
Adapt quickly to new project guidelines, scripts, and operational processes.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of OND / HND / B.Sc.
0 - 1 year experience in customer service, call center operations, administrative support, or similar roles is an added advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Proactive, teachable, and adaptable to different tasks.
Ability to work with targets and structured processes.
Close proximity to Maryland, Lagos is required.
