Loan Processing: Handle loan applications efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements in line with company policy.
Collections: Manage overdue payments while maintaining strong client relationships to minimise defaults.
Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients by responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience in microfinance or banking is an advantage.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of loan processing and collections is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
