Drive Business Performance
Deliver branch profitability by achieving monthly disbursement, collections and portfolio performance targets.
Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth while maintaining high portfolio quality.
Monitor branch performance against key business indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
Lead and Develop Your Team
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to branch teams.
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and customer excellence.
Support staff development through coaching, performance management and problem-solving.
Create an efficient and motivating work environment where teams can perform at their best.
Protect Portfolio Quality & Manage Risk
Oversee loan verification, reference checks and customer due diligence before approvals.
Ensure responsible lending through strict adherence to affordability assessments and credit policies.
Identify, manage and escalate portfolio risks proactively.
Champion fraud prevention by promoting strong internal controls and timely reporting of fraud-related incidents.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience
Build trusted relationships with customers, community leaders and strategic partners.
Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with 4G Capital.
Promote responsible borrowing by educating customers and supporting sustainable business growth.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
Drive Operational Excellence
Ensure full compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
Oversee branch administration, including office management, filing, procurement and inventory.
Provide accurate management reports, market intelligence and customer insights to Sector Management.
Identify emerging business opportunities within your market and recommend strategies to drive growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential

A Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong customer service orientation and commercial awareness.

Internal Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Currently hold the position of a Team Leader or Branch Manager in financial services
Have consistently achieved strong performance across all individual KPIs and managed a healthy portfolio
