Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eatery, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train and motivate staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports.
Ensure the branch meets its sales and performance target.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
Requirements
HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality management.
2-4 years as an operational manager, Branch Manager or relative field
Good knowledge of sales, inventory and staff management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
