Key Requirements:
Relevant supervisory or middle management qualification (NQF Level 5)
Minimum 3 years' management experience in an Agri trade or retail environment
Proven ability to manage branch finances, budgets, margins, and expenditure
Strong experience in inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
Sound knowledge of retail administration, compliance, and loss control
Solid computer literacy, including exposure to SAP
