Branch Manager

Requirements B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 8 - 10 years of relevant banking or financial services experience. At least 5 years in a senior management role, such as Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Zonal Operations Manager. Proven experience in deposit mobilisation, revenue growth, customer acquisition, branch profitability, and team performance management. Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit and operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance. A track record of delivering business targets and improving branch performance. Additional Advantage: A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications from CIBN, ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or other recognised financial services or risk management bodies.
