Branch Manager

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach Loan Officers. Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth. Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement. Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality. Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance. Requirements HND / B.Sc. in any discipline. Leadership or supervisory experience. Strong business development and people management skills. Experience in financial services is an advantage. Only serious candidates who are willing to work should apply. Remuneration What You Should Know: Two (2) weeks of compulsory training before deployment. Accommodation provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable. 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work Monday - Friday Weekly transportation and data allowance provided.
