Branch Manager

Key Purpose s Drive branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Identify new sales opportunities and initiatives to grow the branch's customer base and revenue Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store; uphold service standards; evaluate and improve customer service. Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries; resolve logistics issues; ensure complete documentation; track performance and take corrective action Keep the branch clean and organized; oversee daily reporting/documentation; ensure compliance with admin and operational procedures. Lead performance management and development; promote teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture Requirements Education Qualification & Experience: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Additional short courses in Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service Excellence, or Leadership. 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Required Skills & Expertise Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets. Hands-on experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage reduction. Experience managing customer service standards, handling escalated complaints, and driving customer retention.
