Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership branch, driving sales and meeting profit goals, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading and developing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profits
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of popular vehicles
Ensure the dealership branch meets or exceeds sales targets
Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve high performance
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing excellent customer service
Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Participate in regular meetings with senior management to provide updates on branch performance and discuss strategies for improvement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
Proficient in using sales and inventory management software
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
