Role Overview
The HIFU Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) service line. This role involves product development, market positioning, patient education, physician engagement, and ensuring the clinical and commercial success of HIFU as a minimally invasive treatment for fibroids and related conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
Drive strategy for positioning HIFU as a leading treatment option for fibroids
Develop and refine patient journey workflows, from diagnosis to treatment follow-up.
Collaborate with clinicians and radiologists to ensure best-practice protocols are in place.
Market Research & Analysis
Assess market demand for HIFU services locally and regionally.
Monitor competitors, and global trends in HIFU therapy.
Identify patient needs and recommend service improvements.
Marketing & Awareness
Work with the BDU to develop awareness campaigns for HIFU.
Create patient-friendly educational materials, webinars, and outreach programs.
Position the company as the centre of excellence for HIFU treatment in Nigeria and beyond.
Stakeholder Engagement
Train staff on HIFU awareness.
Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and referral sources to generate patient leads.
Partner with international HIFU technology providers for updates, training, and innovations.
Performance & Reporting
Track and report KPIs such as number of patients treated, revenue, outcomes, and satisfaction.
Analyse conversion rates from enquiries to actual procedures.
Recommend pricing strategies, package options, and service upgrades.
