RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, assortment planning, and product selection for the gents' footwear category.
Analyze daily sales performance, stock movement, margins, and branch rankings to drive profitability.
Establish monthly branch sales targets and monitor daily achievement against goals.
Monitor real-time stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage slow-moving inventory.
Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
Manage customer feedback, complaints, and targeted digital outreach programs.
Oversee online and social media representation to drive web traffic and sales conversions.
Support branches with on-ground activations, staff training, and visual merchandising.
Maintain accurate data tracking systems and prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in retail category management or sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret sales, stock, and margin data.
Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and customer databases
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
