RESPONSIBILTIES


Develop and implement countrywide retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities.
Drive high-impact seasonal campaigns and promotions to maximize store sales.
Set, monitor, and enforce accountability for sales targets across all retail branches.
Oversee branch operational performance and implement turnaround strategies for low-performing stores.
Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
Review daily sales and stock reports to drive the swift movement of slow- moving and aged inventory.
Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams to build a high- performance work culture.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
Monitor sales budgets and control operational costs to protect business profitability.
Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and recommendations to the directors.


REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in retail sales management, with a strong preference for the fashion or apparel industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail branches or regional operations.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to travel regularly to support and audit various branch locations.
