This role is responsible for translating business goals into compelling brand storytelling and personally executing high-quality content across multiple channels, while safeguarding and elevating brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business objectives (sales targets, launches, growth priorities) into clear content strategies, themes, and campaigns.
Develop and manage a structured marketing and content calendar aligned with commercial goals, seasonal moments, and brand priorities.
Independently conceptualize, create, and publish on-brand written, visual, and video content across social and digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual language, and premium aesthetic across all content and touchpoints.
Create intermediate-level visual assets, including social posts, stories, simple layouts, presentations, and campaign materials.
Provide creative direction by developing moodboards, shot lists, and briefs, and coordinating photo/video shoots and freelancers.
Identify and manage influencer, PR, and partnership opportunities, including gifting, collaborations, launches, and events.
Track and analyze content and campaign performance, extract insights, and refine strategy based on data, trends, and brand objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion & Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand content, marketing, or storytelling roles within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools and ability to edit photo/video for social platforms.
High level of self-direction, accountability, and familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, analytics, and emerging AI-powered marketing or design tools.
