Key Responsibilities.
Manage enquiries from partner travel agencies and develop tailored safari and beach proposals that meet client needs and market demand.
Create competitive, profitable, and well-structured itineraries with accurate quotations and strong commercial margins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Coordinate end-to-end booking processes, including accommodations, transfers, flights, rail, guides, vehicles, insurance, and activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, booking records, confirmations, vouchers, and communication logs.
Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to agents, including updates on availability, booking conditions, and itinerary changes.
Handle issues raised by partner agencies and provide quick, effective solutions to ensure smooth service delivery.
Adhere to company procedures and service standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence.
Stay informed about tourism trends, destination updates, new products, and market developments across Kenya and Tanzania.
Key Qualifications.
Strong command of French, especially reading and writing (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years' experience selling safari and beach packages in a B2B environment.
Deep knowledge of safari circuits, beach destinations, seasons, accommodation types, and travel logistics in Kenya and Tanzania.
Proven ability to manage margins, negotiate rates, and create profitable quotes.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and account management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and operational coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and high professionalism.
