Role Summary
The Brand Strategist will lead the development of brand positioning, campaign strategy, and audience-driven insights that help clients achieve their business objectives.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate research and business goals into compelling brand narratives and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform brand direction
Translate business objectives into actionable creative and media briefs
Lead brand discovery sessions and strategy workshops with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with creative, media, and client service teams to develop and execute campaigns
Review campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Present strategic recommendations, insights, and briefs to clients
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass communications or a related field
3 - 4 years' experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a similar role within a creative, branding, or media agency
Proven experience developing strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong research, analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience working collaboratively with creative, media, and client-facing teams.
