The ideal candidates should be elegant, sales-driven, confident communicators, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires individuals who can engage brides professionally, drive sales, and support digital communication and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns and bridal accessories
Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the consultation process
Drive showroom sales and achieve targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, social media, and email
Support social media engagement and digital marketing activities
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with clients
Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
Support overall bridal showroom operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Excellent spoken and written English
Well-groomed, polished, and presentable personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to sell premium/luxury products confidently
Experience in fashion, bridal, beauty, or luxury retail is an added advantage
Basic digital marketing and social media communication skills
Mature, professional, and customer-focused attitude
