Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Machakos County, Kenya. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting financial products and services, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve client engagement, cold calling, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
Knowledge of Finance principles and loan/insurance products.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in financial services or sales is an added advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
