Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor sales performance, business trends, and market developments
Support brand visibility and represent the organization during business engagements and networking opportunities
Prepare periodic business development and performance reports for Management


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and the ability to utilize business management software effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to identify opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
