We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to support sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and grow revenue within our HR services portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and digital channels

Requirements


BSc in Business Administration or related field with 3 - 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in HR services
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
