Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for professionals with 1 - 2 years of experience, particularly those with exposure to banking, financial services, or sales-driven environments, who are eager to grow in a fastÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂpaced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
Participate in client meetings and follow up on inquiries and leads.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Coordinate meetings and organize sales and business documentation.
Maintain and update client records and opportunities in the CRM system.
Monitor industry developments and share relevant business insights.
Represent the company at networking, marketing, and promotional events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Lead.

Required Experience & Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles (banking or financial services experience is an advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
