Our client is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, business growth, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field
4 - 6 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
Proven track record in lead generation and business conversion
Experience supporting or coaching sales teams
Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting skills
Experience selling to corporates, SMEs, NGOs, schools, logistics, and enterprise clients
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Existing Nairobi corporate network is an added advantage
