What You'll Do


Generate, qualify, and convert leads for solar installation services
Manage and nurture inbound and outbound sales pipelines
Pitch, present, and close solar system deals to individuals and businesses
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads
Represent Solar Depot at field activations, trade shows, and consultations
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and value proposition


Requirements


B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related fields with 2+ years in business development, marketing, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in closing B2C and/or B2B deals
Familiarity with solar or renewable energy is a plus
Proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking
Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
