Job Purpose


To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, converting leads, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a preferred HR consulting partner in line with the 2026 growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth


Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for recruitment and L&D services
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with the firm's 2026 growth objectives
Develop tailored HR solutions based on client workforce and training needs
Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and service agreements


Client Relationship & Account Expansion


Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR leaders and key decision-makers
Upsell and cross-sell recruitment and training solutions to existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for business development engagements


Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution


Track market trends in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce development
Identify emerging industries, hiring demands, and training opportunities
Provide market insights to support service improvement and pricing strategies


Collaboration & Delivery Support


Work closely with Recruitment and L&D teams to ensure effective service delivery
Translate client needs into clear project briefs, scopes, and timelines
Monitor client satisfaction and drive repeat business and referrals


Job Requirements


HND or Bachelor's degree (BSc) in any relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or L&D sales
Strong B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand HR solutions and sell value-based consulting services
