JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking high-performing Sales Executives with experience in IT and Cybersecurity solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our client base across key sectors including financial services, telecoms, government, and large enterprises.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of technology sales cycles, solution selling, and the ability to engage decision-makers at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT and cybersecurity solutions
Sell products and services such as endpoint security, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and managed security services
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial bids (RFPs/RFQs)
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profit targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners (OEMs)
Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and client needs
Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure sector, targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Oversee client accounts, managing follow-ups, resolving issues, and securing contract renewals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting goals and tracking performance.
Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales team.
