POSITION SUMMARY
You will have overall responsibility for the achievement of footfalls and revenue targets for the Diagnostic Services, while managing and implementing business development activities across all schemes, including Cash, Corporate, Insurance, Doctors, and Healthcare Facilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients while recommending appropriate diagnostic services.
Sales and Marketing
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
QUALIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess risks and identify opportunities.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and public relations skills.
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
