Job Summary


We are a leading financial services group operating across fixed deposits, loans, high-yield savings, asset management, and insurance brokerage.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions to support our growth and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Lead business growth initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking.
Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs for informed strategy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, corporate, and partners.
Develop and implement effective sales and go-to-market strategies across financial products.
Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals, commercial offers and contracts.
Monitor and report on pipeline activity, sales performance, market insights, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to align


Requirements


BSc Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance,Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Master's degree such as an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred and adds competitive advantage.
5 - 10 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role (financial services preferred).
Strong analytic skills with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and client acquisition strategies.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaborations.
Previous experience in banking will be an added advantage.
