An established Business Development Manager (Cold Storage,) role focused on driving sustainable financial growth through increasing sales, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building strong long-term client relationships.
The position involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies across cold storage, shipping, and retail outlet operations,


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across all time horizons
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts in line with company policies
Provide accurate sales reporting to support planning and decision-making
Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve performance


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
7+ years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
Strong business development and sales track record
Experience in cold storage, shipping, or related industries
