A leading communications solutions company is looking for an experienced Tele Sales / Lead Generator with strong experience in telesales, cold calling, and lead generation to join their team in Edenvale. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and securing qualified appointments for the sales team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Identify key decision-makers and potential sales opportunities
Introduce products and services to potential clients
Perform structured follow-ups on leads and prior engagements
Re-engage inactive or dormant clients
Qualify leads before scheduling appointments
Secure appointments for Sales Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
Meet daily and weekly activity and performance targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or lead generation preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to handle objections effectively
Basic computer literacy (CRM experience advantageous)
