Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment company specialising in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with expertise in finance, IT, supply chain or manufacturing recruitment to lead a team of junior recruiters. Your role will be to ensure job specs—both in South Africa and internationally—are accurately matched to high-quality candidates while mentoring and training recruiters on sourcing strategies, industry knowledge, and professional client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership: Oversee a team of junior recruiters, ensuring they accurately match candidates to job specs provided daily for roles in South Africa and international markets.
Mentor and train recruiters in understanding industry-specific job specs, candidate qualifications, and sourcing best practices.
Conduct Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent efficiently.
Ensure the team effectively utilises career portals such as PNet, CareerJunction, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates.
Evaluate and approve candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment with client requirements in finance, IT, engineering, supply chain or manufacturing.
Provide constructive feedback and structured coaching to help recruiters refine their sourcing and matching abilities.
Monitor recruiter performance and ensure high standards in candidate quality and submission processes.
Advise junior consultants on professional and positive responses to clients when required, ensuring strong client relationships.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends, certifications, and evolving role expectations to guide the team effectively.

Tertiary Qualification for a reputable institution.

Proficiency in Boolean searches and advanced sourcing methods to optimise talent acquisition.
