Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales & Opportunity Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Hospitality software solutions
Engage enterprise and mid-sized Hospitality businesses to understand operational and system challenges
Map client business needs to appropriate Oracle Hospitality products and services
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Solution Selling & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead consultative sales conversations with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders
Work with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present solution proposals
Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex deal cycles
Submit weekly and monthly performance and pipeline reports
Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Use data to track performance and identify improvement areas
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Act as a trusted advisor on technology solutions and digital transformation
Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams post-sale
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy
Education/Experience Needed:
BSc/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields.
Minimum 3 year's experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or solution selling
Experience selling ERP, database, cloud, or enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred)
Strong understanding of business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environments
Experience working with technical teams in pre-sales engagements
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
