Role Summary
Lead new business growth for the company.
You'll identify land/investment opportunities, build partnerships with developers/landowners/agents, and open new markets + revenue streams beyond direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Market + Deal Sourcing: Identify off-plan projects, joint venture land deals, bulk purchase opportunities.
Research competitor pricing, new estates, government allocation schemes.
Partnerships: Build/maintain relationships with landowners, developers, cooperatives, banks, mortgage brokers, investment firms. Negotiate JV terms, MOUs, commission structures.
Lead Generation for Projects: Create channel partners: realtor networks, diaspora agents, corporate HR teams for staff housing. Set up referral programs.
Feasibility + Pitch: Work with Technical/Finance team to run ROI, land verification, title due diligence.
Package deals into investor decks.
Market Intelligence: Track land prices, demand trends, new infrastructure projects.
Requirements
BSc / HND in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields
3 - 5 years BD/Partnerships experience, 2+ years in real estate, construction, or property investment preferred
Strong negotiation + deal structuring skills. Must understand land titles: C of O, Governor's Consent, Deed
Existing network of developers, investors, or realtors is a huge advantage
Analytical: Excel, ROI modeling, pitch deck creation.
