We are hiring a Business Development Manager who owns the sales pipeline end-to-end: targeting, demos, deal origination, and closing. The sales-manager function sits inside this role — you drive deals personally and build the sales machine around you. This is not an order-taking job. Our sales model is active and aggressive: we do not wait for hospitals to come to us.
What You Will Do
Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business with hospitals and healthcare institutions
Plan and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to surgeons, hospital administrators, and department heads
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to grow market share across target hospitals and their networks
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and reference customers to drive adoption
Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with finance and legal stakeholders to structure deals through to funding
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery
Recruit, train, and manage a growing sales team; set targets and drive performance
Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on pipeline, revenue, and customer-acquisition KPIs
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a closing track record — healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or equipment finance strongly preferred
A deal-maker: you understand deal structures, financing terms, and how to package a transaction a financier will fund — not just a pitch a customer will like
Tech-savvy: comfortable selling a software platform, using CRM/pipeline tools, and managing your numbers
Aggressive and confident in prospecting: you go directly to decision-makers and win their attention
Strong stakeholder management across surgeons, hospital admins, finance teams, and lawyers
Leadership ability: you will hire and manage sales reps as we scale
Bachelor's degree in business, sciences, or a related field; existing hospital or surgeon network is a major plus
