Set and track monthly sales targets by product and client.
Achieve/exceed annual budgeted sales across product categories and SKUs.
Plan customer visits to pitch new business and report progress.
Execute long-term supply agreements and complete KYC with clients.
Onboard new customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Build and manage customer relationships to drive sales and profitability.
Develop export markets within assigned regions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and report insights to management.
Submit timely weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
Implement collection plans to achieve 100% receivables and maximize cash flow.
Conduct product training to boost brand awareness and knowledge.
