Key Responsibilities
Process Auditing: Verify process parameters for machinery (extruders, printers, slitters), ensuring efficiency and quality,
Financial & Operational Controls: Assess internal controls for finance, inventory (stock audits), logistics, and general operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, quality standards (ISO), and industry best practices.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and report on financial, operational, and compliance risks, with recommendations for mitigation.
Raw Material & Inventory: Check raw material (RM) invoices, manage sampling, quality release, and investigate vendor quality issues (NCRs).
Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA) with departments.
System Knowledge: Utilize SAP (GL, ledgers) and other accounting/auditing software.
Improvement: Challenge processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive value-added improvements
