Role Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market and business research, managing client & staff applications and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
You will be required to work from our office in Ikeja Mon -Fri.
Key Responsibilities
Business Research
Conduct market research to identify new clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Gather data and insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
Prospecting
Create & Manage marketing campaigns by working with our clients and suppliers;
Identify & utilize cost effective & efficient sales/marketing channels;
You will be required to generate new leads & clients.
Client & Candidate Management
Schedule, organize, and participate in client meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage client communications and act as the primary point of contact when needed.

Minimum qualification HND;
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business research, proposal writing, or business development.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of tendering processes and requirements is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self Motivated & Ambitious
Critical Thinking & Result Oriented;
Experience in using Teams, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram [Essential];
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience
Minimum of 2 year's professional experience;
Ability to create a new client base will be beneficial;
Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised;
