JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and supervise the DSE team, plan and deliver effective marketing strategies and monitor the progress of DSEs to ensure the growth and profitability of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Increase the Bank's customer base and Account Acquisition.
To drive the Bank\'s deposit mobilization
To drive funding of accounts and transactions
Drive agent and merchant onboarding
Oversee the activities of all DSEs within the Business Development Department; provide leadership and direction.
Canvassing assigned territories to present Bank products to potential customers
Develops the capability of subordinates towards the achievement of their own performance targets
Promote a strong team culture.
To identify process gaps and suggest process changes & enablers.
To ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience


SKILLS NECESSARY FOR JOB FUNCTION:


Knowledge of Market Research indices
Lead Generation and Sales Closure
Understanding of organizational dynamics
Strong influencing/persuasive skills
Good Business & Industry Knowledge
Vast Relationship Management
Ability to think strategically
Leadership capability


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Minimum of a university degree in Accountancy, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
An MBA or master's degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage


EXPERIENCE:


Minimum of 7 to 10 years post-graduation experience in Banks, Agency, or Micro Finance sectors.
Experience working with DSE (Direct Sales executives)
