Job Description


Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive property sales.
Who will own lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership development for our residential and commercial projects. If you can sell, network, and close deals in Lagos real estate, we want you.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and site activations
Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and close sales with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, realtors, and HNIs
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in Lekki/Ajah axis.


Requirements


B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Admin, Estate Management or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate sales or business development
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in property
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Smart, presentable, and persuasive — must be comfortable with HNIs
Strong network in Lagos real estate is a major advantage
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and social media for lead gen
Must be able to work weekends for site inspections when needed
