Key Responsibilities:
Drive deposit mobilization and loan origination
Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Support the execution of business development strategies
Prepare basic reports on sales performance and market activities
Requirements:
Prior banking or microfinance experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of banking products and customer engagement
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development
Must currently reside in Abuja
