What You Will Own


Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets
Develop and manage high-value corporate & institutional accounts
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Build strategic relationships across key sectors (Oil & Gas, Corporate, Commercial)
Execute high-impact sales and market penetration strategies


Who We're Looking For


3 - 5 years' experience in Business Development or Sales (hospitality preferred)
Strong network within Port Harcourt's corporate ecosystem
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute, driven, and execution-focused
