The Role


As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you won't just be selling internet packages; you will be architecting connectivity solutions that empower businesses to thrive.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value commercial zones and cold outreach to negotiating bulk contracts and closing enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities


Drive B2B Pipeline Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across enterprise clients, multi-tenant commercial buildings, and SMEs.
Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Specialists, and Property Developers).
Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their bandwidth, cloud connectivity, and managed network needs, collaborating with our engineering team to pitch custom SLA (Service Level Agreement) packages.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, track upcoming commercial real estate developments, and identify unserved or underserved business clusters.
Reporting: Maintain an accurateweekly forecasts to executive leadership.


What We Are Looking For


Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Experience:7+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within an ISP, Telecoms, or Managed Network Services environment.
Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Fiber optics, Microwave links, Dedicated vs. Shared bandwidth, VoIP, and Managed Wi-Fi).
Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue quotas.
Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value for C-suite executives.
