About the Role
We are a growing technology solutions provider looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and analytical NYSC Corper to join our Technical Operations team. This role is a hybrid of desktop IT support and entry-level Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring.
Because this position requires occasional hands-on hardware handling, server rack deployments, and on-site physical support within our facility infrastructure, we are specifically looking to fill this slot with a Male Support Specialist to balance our current team dynamics.
What You Will Do
Network Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our network monitoring tools to track system uptime, alerts, and performance metrics.
First-Line Support: Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff and remote clients.
Incident Management: Log system alerts, escalate critical network errors to senior engineers, and track issues until resolution.
System Maintenance: Assist in setting up workstations, crimping cables, patching panels, and configuring routers/switches.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily network health reports and IT asset inventories.
What We Are Looking For
A currently serving NYSC Corper seeking a PPA in Ikeja or its immediate environs.
Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or any related technical field..
