Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across target sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies for IT and compliance-related services.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and networking events.
Work with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions for clients.
Meet agreed revenue and client acquisition targets.


Target Markets

Focus on organizations requiring IT governance and regulatory compliance services, including:


Financial institutions
Fintech companies
Technology firms
Government agencies
Corporate organizations
Regulated industries (telecommunications, insurance, energy, etc.)


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, Economics, or related field.
Relevant certifications in compliance, IT governance, risk management, or project management are an added advantage.


Experience Requirements


3 - 6 years experience in business development, preferably in:
IT services
compliance consulting
regulatory advisory
technology sales
Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
Experience working with corporate or institutional clients.
