Job Responsibilities
The role will:


Ensure Core Deposit Mobilization.
Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
Sell retail savings products to customers.
Generate B2B and B2C sales.
Generate sales lead and achieve the revenue target.
Cross-selling financial services and products.
Achieve set sales financial target within timeframes.
Attend to customer inquiries about product, service benefits and ensure timely resolutions to complaints.
Maintain excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service.


Job Requirements
You should have:


Degree from an accredited higher institution.
Minimum of 4years sales experience in thebanking space .
Good knowledge of Microsoft office application such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good understanding of credit procedures and products.
Excellent Relationship Management.
