Job Summary
The Business Growth Manager (Training Services) is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the organization's training solutions to corporate clients and individual learners.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience selling training or professional services, and a passion for business development and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of training programs (corporate & individuals).
Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive business and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years proven sales experience (preferably in training, consulting or B2B services.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling intangible services (not just products) is critical.
